Constuction & Ease of Cleanout of The LUCROS EVAPORATION SYSTEM? CONSTRUCTION:
The Lucros Evaporation units are manufactured from 3mm stainless
steel satin brush finished, including hinged lid with top mesh vent, exhaust
flue, inner and outer tanks and solid stainless steel adjustable feet.
Thermal board insulates the inner tank for maximum performance. The drain
plug and oil weir skimmer are also constructed from stainless steel, as
is the single inlet fan, which is capable of flow rates up to 1000M3/hour
and 120'C.

EASE
OF CLEANOUT: The Lucros Evaporation System is a low
level design with minimal maintenance time required to clean the sludge
and waste oil concentrate from the system after use. Simply by lifting
the top lid provides full access to the whole tank, and the design of
the flooring of the tank is tilted to allow free flowing fluids to drain
off if required via a 2" stainless steel plug. A stainless steel
oil skimmer ball valve at the top of the tank level can be opened (before
tank is heated) to remove excessive floating oils ensuring optimum evaporation
rates.
Electrical supply is three phase 415V, with an incoming fuse switch providing fuse protection and isolation, and an IP65 rated control panel. All models are CE certified. |
